About MakeTime

I started in fitness at a young age as I wanted to become a StuntPerson. I have trained in many areas, from Martial Arts to Scuba Diving.  I've always loved exercising, especially running. That is my favourite past time. Im lucky to live in an area where I can get out onto the trails and just go. I have over 13years experience in the fitness industry and bring a diverse approach to my training and coaching.  I love what I do and that comes across in all my sessions.  Fun is the main ingredient in keeping up with a lifestyle.

Why a Personal Trainer

I have a passion for helping people achieve what they think is the impossible.  Whether it's finally getting into a smaller dress size or running their first 5km.  I'm there to motivate, educate and above all keep you accountable to YOUR Goal.  A trainer helps to keep things fresh, and safe.  My knowledge covers everything from Biomechanics to the latest fitness trends.  No two programs are alike. Each person is unique.

Experience makes a difference

Having been a Qualified Personal Trainer since 2000, I continue to keep up to date with current trends. Some I research more, others I leave alone. There are just certain things I know I will never love doing. Football being one of them.  Below are my qualifications, sporting experiences and Make Time in the News.
